How long will it take for my jewellery to reach my door?
Since all of our pieces are made-to-order, our shipping speed is dependent on how fast our Artisans handcraft your jewellery, this is why we usually say from 2 to 4 weeks, to ensure quality of gem selection and craftsmenship!
I ordered a piece, and I would like to exchange it for another one, is this possible?

Do pieces have warranty?
All jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty!
Item sizing?
If a product is listed as OS, then it will fit most adults. (i.e. Bracelets fit the standard adult wrist)
All rings are adjustable.
Clothing items are U.S. Sizing Standards.
I don't see a mens or womens section?
This is because all of our jewellery/ items are unisex.
